The Sabbat base of operations is on Wilke's Star. One noteworthy city they inhabit on that planet is Calaunt. However, they have secret operations on numerous planets throughout the Federation. Their long range goal is to dominate humanity. While their methods are well known, their exact plans are a mystery can span over decades or even centuries.
