The Rage is a bar and fight club in New Chicago, Avalon system, that has a regular night club front. Once you get past the front door and bar, you can head below, where a multi-leveled pit is located. Observers stay at the top level and anyone who wants to join the fight may jump down into the fighting levels.
It is very popular with werecreatures because it allows a chance to release their rage in an acceptable environment, all done to the pounding rhythms of music such as Volkskrieg Overdrive. It became famous because it was the site of the (assumed) death of Arthur Clarke . The club had to temporarily close due to the publicity, but demand soon forced its doors to open again.
