Fusion Cannon turrets on the EFS Nicodemus
Fusion cannons are medium-range weapons for space combat. Basically a large electromagnetic railgun firing “shells” which have fusion warheads and minimal homing/maneuvering abilities. They are not nearly as effective as missiles or torpedoes, but have a much higher rate of fire and ammo capacity. Usually mounted in turrets with wide angles of fire.
