Admiral Rebecca Blacklidge was one of the first military heroes of the Earth Federation. Having fought her way into the Fleet Academy, she proceeded to take many undesirable positions that allowed her independent commands. Her command ability was noticed as the casualties ranged higher and higher during the Drakat War. She was responsible for leading the successful attack on Van Diemen, finally breaking their fleet in the skies above.
After the war, she was elected to the Grand Council and served for five years before her retirement.
